Things to do in Savoy
Named for its resemblance to the Duchey of Savoy in Southeastern France on Lake Geneva, the town of Savoy sits between the communities of Florida and Windsor in the northeastern section of Berkshire County. Savoy Mountain State Forest has more than 50 miles of trails, access to several ponds, including North, South, and Bog Ponds, and both Tannery Falls and Balance Rock. The town is also close to the nearby Stump Sprouts cross-country ski area, Zoar Whitewater rafting on the Deerfield River, and Berkshire East downhill ski area in Charlemont.
