Hunting
The Lee Sportsmen's Association Clubhouse is a fantastic location hidden within the Berkshires for hunters to hone their skills and enjoy the year-round events that take place at the 135-acre club property. The club is a nonprofit organization that has been active since 1912. It is one of the best-rated sportsmen's clubs in Western Massachusetts due to its wide range of facilities and activities. Countless ranges for pistols, rifles, archery, and more are available for use. An extensive list of education courses at the club is available for hunters to learn about new skills and safety tricks in their respective sports. Some courses include NRA Basic Pistol Courses, Hunters Education courses coordinated through the MA Division of Fisheries and Wildlife, and Skeet and Trap lessons. Additionally, several activities for children allow the whole family to enjoy the many facets of hunting, such as Jr. Bullseye Teams, Jr. Air Pistol Teams, SCTP Jr. Shotgun Teams, youth hunts, and archery programs.
Many events are hosted at the clubhouse year-round, such as pheasant shoots during hunting season, local events with world-class shooters, and many more, which make the Lee Sportsmen's Association Clubhouse an ideal location for hunting in the Berkshires.
