The Somers Reserve, located on Fairview Road, is an undeveloped property that serves as a buffer between state land and the developed areas in Monterey. The 32-acre site, covered with hardwoods, allows visitors to wander a forest with no trails. The reserve also offers hunting. Parking is along the road.
