About Laurel Lake Boat Launch
Laurel Lake is a popular destination in Lee, MA, and the Laurel Lake Boat Launch provides easy access to the calm waters for visitors to enjoy a kayaking or canoeing adventure in the Berkshires. Visitors to Laurel Lake can take in the mountain and forest scenery of Western Massachusetts from on the water and spot some of the diverse wildlife that calls this area home. Countless species of water birds, such as great blue herons, geese, loons, and ducks, hunt for fish and forage for plants on the lake, making this a popular location for birding year-round.
The large, paved parking and boat launch area is located on Laurel Street in Lee, MA, providing visitors with easy access to the cool, crystal-clear water of the Berkshires. Parking is available for cars with rooftop boats but also trailers, making it a perfect place for group activities out on the water. The paved ramp makes transferring a boat onto the water simple and easy. Fishing off the boat launch is also a common and popular pastime for this location. The facilities and accessibility of the Laurel Lake Boat Launch make it one of the best lake paddling locations in the Berkshires. Laurel Lake is a destination visitors should not miss.

Laurel Lake Boat Access contains a flat, paved lot. This lot has twelve spaces for vehicles with boat trailers, with the two closest to the launch being designated accessible spaces. There are an additional eight spaces for vehicles with cartop boats. Additionally, there is one accessible portable restroom located at the entrance to the parking area. The boat ramp is paved, with a gentle, brief slope of 7% into the water.
