About Broad Brook Park

Broad Brook Park is a small playground and sporting complex in Williamstown. Overall, visitors will have several options for an enjoyable day of outdoor recreation in the Berkshires.

Upon arrival at the parking area, visitors will find a picnic table and a trash can. This picnic table rests underneath a grove of white pines, offering ample shade on hot summer days. Families can bring lunch, eat, and listen to the trees sway with the wind. Plenty of local Western Massachusetts wildlife species, including squirrels and songbirds, will be visible in these trees throughout the spring and summer.

There is also an outdoor basketball court near the picnic area, perfect for competitive team play and individual practice. Then, beyond the basketball court, visitors will find a playground with a swing set and slide. Benches rest alongside the play area, allowing parents to relax while watching their kids play.

Finally, on the park's far side, there is a baseball diamond where visitors can practice their swing and play t-ball games with friends.

There is no designated parking lot for Broad Brook Park. Visitors should park on the dirt shoulder of Harrison Avenue, which has space for multiple cars.
