About Coles Brook Preserve Trailhead
Coles Brook Preserve offers hikers the chance to explore a beautiful man made pond that looks like it has always been there. The trailhead is actually in Middlefield on Becket Road. Hikers will travel along an old road on the Rainy Day Trail before turning onto the Osprey Trail which descends to the pond. The pond is an excellent spot for a snack as you take in the diversity of plants and birds.
