About Churchill Road Parking
The Farmington River Wildlife Management Area is an ideal location for hunting, fishing, and viewing wildlife. The management area is a mix of northern hardwoods and evergreen stands, providing excellent game opportunities. Off Churchill Road is a large field that provides an excellent habitat for small game birds. If you are looking for larger game, proceed north through the hardwood stands for your opportunity to find deer and bear. If you are not interested in hunting but want to enjoy nature, this is an excellent location for meandering the woods and taking in the beauty of the forest.
