About Lime Kiln Wildlife Sanctuary
The Lime Kiln Farm Wildlife Sanctuary offers a pastoral experience in the Berkshires. The farm has numerous open fields that are actively hayed by local farmers. The sanctuary is rich in diversity, with over 500 plant species and numerous birds and butterflies. In addition, hikers can walk the trails and experience spectacular views of the Taconic Mountains and Berkshire Hills to the north and west. The easy hikes make the sanctuary an excellent spot for a family-friendly adventure.
Please note that dogs are not allowed on this property.
