Learn About Trail Maintenance: WRLF Loop Trail

Want to learn how to keep a trail in good shape? Want to help maintain some of your favorite Williamstown hiking spots? Come join Williamstown Rural Lands on June 16 from 10 am – Noon for a couple of hours at the WRLF Loop Trail at Berlin Mountain (Berlin Rd., Williamstown) for some hands-on experience in spring trail maintenance.
Learn to clear waterbars and ditches (to help facilitate drainage of water off the trail), and maintain the trail corridor (clipping branches to clear the area where hikers walk) and meet the reliable corps of local trail adopters and maintainers who help keep our trails maintained.
